Can you hold a place before I apply?

Unfortunately, we cannot hold a rental home before receiving an application. All applications are reviewed, and the home is offered to the most qualified applicant. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible to be considered!
How old do you have to be to apply?

You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, the deposit is refundable after the final inspection is completed. Any damages or outstanding fees will be deducted from the amount before the refund is issued.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

All applications are received through our website at www.premierrentalstn.com.
How do I pay rent?

Rent can be paid through the Rentvine tenant portal, by mail, or by using the drop box at our office in Humboldt or Paris.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

What should I do? You must get approval from the property manager before bringing a pet into the rental home.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

You must provide a 30-day notice to the property manager.
